Guiding the butterfly without touching the walls means controlling the speed and direction of a movement, and planning the route before setting off. Touching a wall is never a failure: the butterfly simply waits to be picked up where it stopped, which encourages slowing down rather than giving up.

Tips

  • Encourage your child to trace the route to the flower with their eyes before putting a finger down.
  • If the walls are touched often, going back a level helps to find a steadier movement.
  • The hard level, with its narrow path, is easier with a stylus.
